Float your top coat to help with the bumpiness of the edges! Also when I do stickers I will top coat them and then cure for only like 10 seconds and then take a silicon tool and rub over the sticker. It’s helps to push the little bit of uncured gel under the edges of the sticker and then finish curing. Then do a second layer of top coat and it works perfectly! So maybe a couple of options to try

I do a matte top coat first then a thick type top coat for stickers, I think doing 2 layers is the way to go in either case

What does that mean float your top coat?

@@ElizabethJackson-bd3jz floating is where you put a thin uncured layer of topcoat and then do a thicker layer on top that you “float” over. It’s a technique often used for rubber bases. 😊

I've used regular nail polish before and it came out much thinner. i also put a clear topcoat on and then used a nail brush in acetone to help melt the edges down

I share your fear of spooky scarys. They hate peppermint. So soaking balls of cotton in the essential oil and hiding near access points is a great help. Love your work so much! ❤

Gorgeous set, per usual 😍 When I need to cure stuff that is not curved or takes the shape of the nail, I use one of those little flash-cure lamps, with a jelly stamper attacked. The stamper forces the thingies to curve.

It was a base coat gel polish and honestly I found it easier to do that way because it lifts my whole image up in one. When I wasn’t putting base I had lots of patches and it wasn’t lifting easy

I made an amazing Contraption with a LED light flashlight and I put a rubber Stamper on the end of it and then you just push it down and cure it and it lays completely flat it's amazing for flowers and decals, and something metal decals. I'm pretty sure they sell lamps like that now.

When you cure the full color the background hold it around a brush to make it round then it will stick away better

Wouldn't it be better if you apply a layer of a base gel before you draw on the stencil? Also you can use a wrapping foil to keep the stencil on plase while you cure it instead of tweezers. 😊

To thin out try thinning with a needle bit on under side at a 45 degree angle they will appear thinner

I prefer acrylic over poly gel or gel. I just love it. I don’t have to put it in the lamp. I don’t mind finding it. I just hate the mass of poly gel and gels. Nail polishes they’re great.

Does anyone remember where she got those car pigments she used before? They were chrome and had mutichromes for a good deal, but I forgot the place😢 I used to feed our class tarantula and snake in the fourth grade😊 I guess I was to young to realize I should be scared😂 The snake peed in my hand and that grossed me out so bad, I stopped picking it up and just handed it worms through the top of the cage.
