I love your style, very chic and minimalist. I thrift almost all of my clothes mainly in thrift shops. My best find was a Botega Vanneta bag for $3. BTW I’m 82 and have been thrifting for about 60 yrs.

My best Vintage Luxury Thrift find was the fur lining of a Bill Blass Couture coat. Mismarked at Savers as a vest for $4.99. The best layering piece for over a decade and beyond.

I love that you shared this. I feel like too many people think new is the only way to go. I love finding a beautiful piece at a fraction of the price. I have a closet full of thrift but my favorite ‘24 piece so far has been my D&G navy sheer cotton button up. Classic but edgy and sexy.

I feel like people stigmatize dupes but for me, I pause on large purchases that are trendy or when I feel the overconsumption mania setting in FOR ME. (It's something I struggle with LOL! I'm easily convinced to buy things I don't wear or use. They'll literally have the tags and I'll even forget I bought something and have 2 or 3 of them in my closet.) Love this video!

My favorite thing about online thrifting (eBay for me) is that I can get exact measurements of the garment BEFORE I buy. I've only had to return one item in the several years I've shopped there.

I love thrifting, I can't stretch to designer mostly, it's a mix of vintage, high street, some designer - and pulling it all together in an edgy mash up! I just thrifted a white Obi belt like your oscar one (mine is vintage leather). Love to see how you integrate them into your existing classic modern edgy wardrobe ❤

I grew up having part of what I wore what you call thrifted. It was smelly, you couldn't get that smell out. If you go to a luxury thrift it's fine, clean people. But those clothes are quality and even used cost money.

I haven't shopped the Real Real. However, I am selling a Tadashi Shoji gown there. It was worn once and cost me almost $600. They said that it has a small spot under one arm. Their listing price? $94.50. I'll get some paltry sum after they take their commission. Seriously? Perhaps buying on this site is a great deal, but selling is ridiculous.

She subscribes to Musicbed according to the info in her description. This is a service similar to Epidemic sound that creators pay a subscription and are then able to use the music on that platform in their videos and other content.

The truth is, these bags were all overpriced. Now that we know they cost a fraction of the sale price and are so poorly made, it’s clear they weren’t worth it. Furthermore, many of these items are knockoffs. There are a lot of knockoffs out there at kislux knockoffs of such good quality that they’re no longer luxury items.
