He mentions the dividing the fanbase thing in the Chloraseptic remix too. "Then I took a stand, went at Tan-Face and practically cut my motherfuckin' fan base in half and still outsold you" He went fucking ridiculous in that song. I also like how he spelled out multiple things in this sound with ad libs. "Maybe Stan just isn't your cup of tea (Get it) The hook to Stan is "My teas gone cold I'm wondering why, I got out of bed at all" I recall him saying he didn't diss NF but, that entire thing was clearly a shot at NF. He ad libs "N F ing" I guess he could feel it's not a diss because being a recovery clone means he's a pretty damn good rapper. Just, not an original one. Em was said to sound like other rappers on Infinite and then he changed everything to be more original. Maybe it was Em trying to say, "Look, you're a recovery clone of me currently. Be original Nate. " (All speculation) Anyway, this song is incredible. Good stuff.

Eminem draws people in once they actually sit and REALLY listen to his lyrics and break them down. Here they seem kind of hot and cold with Em when this is actually one of his smoothest flows IMO. In contrast to the newer reactions they are mind blown at how many doubles/triple entendres they are constantly finding and it's like solving a puzzle that you blow your own mind and feel good for figuring it out. T hat's the fun of it even years later listening back you'll find new things you missed. Love it.

Great reaction guys! While you’re on the subject of subliminal disses, what do you think of one of the first lines (just before the Kayla Brown bar). ‘Full magazine could take staples out’. Do you think this is a subtle jab at Vince Staples? He was really vocal about Em’s Revival album being trash. There are quite a few great tracks on this album - ‘Not Alike’ with Royce is great and was the track that prompted MGK to release Rap Devil. (MGK had fired first though, with some shots on a Tech N9ne track and then again on a radio freestyle. Add in the Haillie factor and there’s no way Em wasn’t going to address it! The chorus on Not Alike also parodied the Migos flow which was really entertaining!

@@FlawdTV so why say they can’t have an opinion on politics then if you agree they can say what they want? That’s just a bad faith argument then.
@FlawdTV11 ай бұрын
I think they SHOULDN’T which isn’t the same as can’t. & I think celebrities are disconnected from the reality that the majority of people live so trying to use your notoriety to tell us peasants about which politicians are good and bad is lame. Let the politicians do the politicking.
@Cactus27011 ай бұрын
@@FlawdTVI would normally agree with celebrities being disconnected but Eminem is humble. I think he’s one of the few genuine voices in a big industry where you know what he says is genuine. I don’t agree with all his views but I respect his right too and the fact that he feels connected with society helps. But I guess I can concede that the super wealthy weirdos out there are disconnected. I also feel all politicians are disconnected from the people too no matter which side they are on.

My favorite part is where you went off on a tangent about the orange line thinking it was about trump when it wasn’t - and having such a strong opinion about something only hearing part of it hat he said. Shows how easily opinions can be swayed by showing out of context snippets and not listening to something in its entirety before passing judgement

@@johnnybluntzz the original line that he’s referencing is absolutely about Trump though.

Sir, let the trump supporters come for me, but he ABSOLUTELY deserted his supporters. He literally fired to majority of his cabinet throughout his presidency because they didn’t agree with him, and then he threw the entire country and Vice President under the bus on the January 6th riots. That man sat and watched the capital burn and his political party take the hit as he hid like the child he is. I agree Eminem’s freestyle against him was stupid, but the line about trump deserting his supporters is accurate, I can’t let you claim “he clearly doesn’t know anything about politics”. I would say YOU clearly don’t know anything about politics to actually support Donald trump. Regardless of political opinion, I do enjoy you as a creator, and wish you the best good sir!

False. Every point you just made was created by left wing media. First of all, Pence is the one that abandoned Trump. He's a politician and he showed his true colors when it was time to. Why would the president keep people that are working against him in his cabinet? The capitol didn't BURN. Jan 6th wasn't even close to any of riots that the Dems not only caused but actively CALLED FOR. No one was armed and the only person that died on Jan 6th was at the hands of the police. I didn't agree with storming the capitol on Jan 6th because the left wing media was looking for something exactly like that to demonize Trump and Trump supporters with but I do believe in America's right to protest. I know people who were actually there so I know that the narrative the media is pushing is BS.

@@FlawdTV OK, either everyone trump out into office and courts HIMSELF were all idiots, or he was, I guess it was just democratic propaganda.

@@FlawdTV an yes, I understand the capitol didn’t literally “burn”, my apologies for using exaggeration, im sure some leftists actually think it was on fire. But someone doesn’t need to die to make it a horrible act. The government was literally overthrown, our democracy was at stake. It was probably the most embarrassing day to be an American. (Yes, even more embarrassing than Joe Biden becoming president).
