Alot of people have assume the muffled sound of jelly roll is because this is the end of slim shady, slim is rapping from a coffin of all of his regrets and jelly is standing over the hole in the ground. For the record though this is Slim talking. Em/Marshall straightened up his life and got to walk Hailie and Lainey down the aisle. And be there for some many of their and Stevies firsts. this song hits hard mainly bc i lost multiple friends to drug abuse rip to them its hard to listen to this song and not remember hanging with them everyday and seeing one of em in school sleeping during every class bc of the drugs so tbh i know the sample was when Eminem was on drugs bc of how my one friend was on drugs too it makes u so tired and sadly he's been gone for almost a year now and everyday i wish he had never did drugs and that he would just have gotten help instead bc he was like a brother to me and we cared a whole lot for each other so much that we protected each other and i made sure to always keep him happy until the final day and i just miss him so much so that song hits so hard for me.... again i miss u jake, sara, Damon, and Jason thanks for everything u guys did to keep me happy while u were alive but anyways z thank, u very much for ur service and keeping this country safe without the army we wouldn't be here as he united states so seriously thanks to every veteran and army man and women and everyone who's serving in the military for all u do i will always never stop saying thank u to police, army and even nurses and doctors bc they all r life savers and police and the military help keep this country safe so again thank u very much for serving :)

Alcohol was my downfall after the military. I wanted to drown my memories away and I chose that over even my kids for a few years . I'm now almost 5 years clean . The hardest thing was hitting rock bottom and my liver basically dying to get to the point I'm at now

It is never too late for you to change. You can do anything it is so very hard but you can do it. It is a hard crutch and never feel ashamed not ever you can crawl out the darkness there is light for you. Never give up trying, those voices that tell you are less than, bad and undeserving is not true. Talk with someone if you are seeing someone change find someone that will help you and be tough enough to let you know the truth. You are a wonderful human being and you deserve forgiveness and compassion. He is right saying you need help is overwhelming. No one is better off without you. Find a good accountable partner that shows you compassion and love but does help you by holding you accountable if needed. You can’t do it alone you need the help of God, friends, therapist and a psychiatrist. I will be praying for you.

I struggle with alcohol, so this song hits deep as a 33 year old man. Been trying to pull myself out of the gutter for 5 years. Can't go 5 days sober without having seizures and it sucks. I've made tiny improvements. For anyone else struggling, you are not alone and you can make a change. It just takes time and it's different for everyone. Don't give up and stay strong. Much love.

I'm a heroin addict with a little over 15yrs clean. I know that heroin is diff withdrawal but please seek help if needed. Withdrawal can be dangerous and there's 0 shame in seeking help to get through it. Just keep trying. The only way to lose is to give up. I believe in you, you can do it!!!!!!!!!
