The fucked up part is that this song wasn't meant to offend anyone. Em wrote this song as a response to the overnight fame and rabid fanbase he achieved with The Slim Shady LP, it's not attacking a specific person, and all the horrific acts that happen in the song's narrative are displayed as exactly that-- horrific.

Not a lot of people actually realize that at the end of the video when the lighting flashes if you look in the window next to EMINEM his reflection turns into Stan which gives a lot deeper meaning to the video.

Oh my gosh. I just found your channel and it's amazing! You must be very determined to post at least 3 videos a day. I was already a fan when this 1st came out, but it made me respect him a lot more. After "Kim", I think this was a nice way of saying - there is a line between art dealing w your problems in a drastically unhealthy way. He didn't have to, but the image of Stan's little brother dying his hair at the end said it all.
