Great video Alejandro . I flew EWJ in 2017 from ALG to DXB at that time it had arsenal livery . Was a great flight . Since then never flew the 200LR . It's kinda rare only 300ers

I can't recall the last time I've flown in economy on long haul? I had the pleasure to try Emirates A380 in First Class from Toronto to Auckland via Dubai round trip. Service was awesome, food wonderful and awesome selections of movies. Thanks for sharing nice video.😊

Yes, he has two “pilot” tshirts and wants to wear them all the time on planes. He’s got an Emirates and Qatar Airways one. He also has an EK an Lufthansa hat, which he sometimes wears too ❤️ Airlines that take good care of kids are a blessing for parents. That way we can relax a little. Plus, kids will always remember the good stuff. That’s why I love flying! Thanks to a lot of incredible KLM and Iberia crew when I was a kid!

I flew EK 818 from Riyadh to Dubai on Sunday, A380-800 with only 60 odd passenger, it was an absolute empty flight and just enjoying flying this place at 41,000 ft, such a smooth experience flying. But it was a very short route. The other flight i took in 3 hours time was EK 544 from Dubai to Chennai, Boeing 777-300 ER flight totally fully but again a smooth flight, it had to take a deeper reroute into Oman and cross India at Goa point instead of the regularly flying over Muscat and entering India close to Mumbai. This week we due to a strom between Karachi and Muscat coast. But enjoyed flying both planes.

Yeah, that will never happen! You can always make a transit in DXB. If you fly from BOM or BLR to RUH you can get to fly the A380 twice!

Is it only me, it actually happened to anyone else too? This is just with Emirates. The crew always chat loudly in the galley in the middle of the night on a red-eye flight, and they never use the curtain to cover the bright galley. Seated in the last row on a red-eye flight is so painful. Arrived jet lag. I have my friends and family who experienced the same thing. But, I love your videos, Sir.

You can always ask them.. Closing a curtain shows others how you’re not available and many companies do not allow it, but I get your point. I was told off in an American carrier for opening the curtain to ask for something. Also, talking is a way to spend boring time, but it is important to be considerate to others.

What is the history behind the 777-200LR? So again, why does Emirates need 777-200LR in their fleet???

They required it back when the B777-300ER was not certified for them to fly +16 hours. It would allow them to operate routes to the US west coast and replace the A340-500. Later the B777-300ER got an upgrade and was able to fly to LAX, so it became a rather pointless plane. It still has a spot in the fleet though, as it’s the only one in the EK fleet that can take off full from MEX.
