I knew all of this but I didn't know that they take notes and it can be useful for the next stage because I have seen peopel in the ladt group activity and they didn't talk at all and thzy passed and I was wondering why but now I understood why , thank you david for your great work man :)

I have a problem with presentation in front of 20-30 or more ,people ,I don't know why but I start to panic and they probably notice ,even though I'm not a shy person but it's some kind of light panic atack ,I don't look people at the eyes I talk really quick ,my body is shaking.That's why I got the job at Qatar because there is no presentation in front of others :D At last open day there was even a guy with a full beard that got the job because he was great at presentation and other stuff .You are right you have to nail everything ,I have the looks ,a lot of customer service experience and airline experience and a good looking CV ,I always wear a nice clean suit,my english is very good but that presentation is killing me ,until I fix that I will not get the job .

Do you have a video dealing with the scoring system during the Final Interview? Because you can nail the entire recruitment process but eventually fail the FI; that is the most frustrating part. Perhaps they don't have any marking scheme for the FI and it all depends on your CV, photographs and charisma...

Hi I need some good advice on what to do with my situation right now and I have no one to ask besides you guys .. okay so I applied to emirates last year (2018) November for the cabin crew post and at that time I was only 20 years old they responded me a month later saying that they will get back to me when I’m closer to that age and on the online application system my status of application has been “ application under review” and they have been coming to my country every single month this year for invitation only assessment days and now I’m finally 21 and still I have not received any invitation to attend an open day .. I don’t know what to do should I withdraw my application and apply again for them to take notice or what? It’s been a year now Please help me out

It's all about having the right case scenarios in mind and sufficient experience to back them up. That's all they're after. If you're too junior it is very likely you'll fail. There are some instances where the recruiters don't click with you and aren't convinced. That's a completely other issue that, although shouldn't, does happen.
