Is the staying there including the entrance to zoo and the normal encounter and shows (non-VIP lunch and dinner experiences)

Hello, unfortunately you need to buy separate upgraded ticket for the shows. However, I believe they had an offer on which meant by staying at the hotel you get normal encounter included in your tickets. I am not sure if this is still the case

Thank you, it really is a place full of adventure! We don’t like zoo’s normally but it was interesting to see there rehabilitation programs and how they were using the space to educate children! ☺️
