i'm always so happy to watch your food vlogs hahaha i feel like you truly enjoy your foods beyond the cheat meal label of that day! it's like you don't really associate eating all those yummy foods as being some sort of a "cheat", as if they were something bad and sneaky and completely off the track. unlike me, i always feel guilty for eating whatever that is not whole foods or healthy, even something healthy but with a high level of sugar or carbs like fruits or white rice (i know it's dumb...these foods are not bad yall) because 1, i don't eat 100% healthy on non-cheating days either, i just try to keep the 80/20 rule so apparently i don't think i deserve a full blow cheat day on the weekend; and 2, i don't work out at least 5 days a week like you do. i always have to find an excuse to justify eating foods that i want. your eating vlogs are really energizing and sometimes they work as strong evidence for myself to see that it's not worth it to spend all my life on crying over eating. i hope that you don't have to deal with stress concerning keeping up your image while being a youtuber, please take a break from all these public exposure whenever you feel like and emi you inspire me so much to be happy, so please be happy! lol an incoherent comment but, yeah
