Sorry to let you know that....anything that is gradual and time consuming is the one which gives a high impact. So technically higher the concentration of the workout higher will be the strain you feel in each muscle. Low impact workout in the video actually gives you a high impact result. Frequent jumps and switching off from your actual posture of the workout implies resting thereby reducing the strain in the workout. This makes the workout feel more easy....

Hey!! I am a eighteen year old girl weighing around 62kg and my height is 149 cm .. my bmi is 27.9 .. i am overweight .. and i really want to lose around twelve kg in the next two months .. i will strictly follow this workout and will update you all .. i will also stop eating junk and sugar .. ( i feel so guilty i just binged ate a good sugary sweet .. ) i want to end this cycle of binge eating and being overweight so i have decided i will do anything to lose this weight . i will start from tomorrow .. i will update you all thank you!! i am following two emi wong workout 30 minutes each so total i have to workout for an hour everyday DAY 1 - did 20 minutes ( was feeling so sweaty and tired .. i have decided i will increase the time gradually .. tomorrow's goal is 30 min ) DAY 2 - did this for 29 minutes empty stomach .
