Obviously a lot of time money and passion in these installs, amazing. Although i do miss the days when EMMA first launched the ESQL format and we were just banging our regular SQ cars doors and trunk open and having a laugh.

Ilkka Kanerva something that has great OEM speaker locations, so a beginner needs less hassle with custom fabrication. Watch SQ in car playlist and 7.-7.3 parts especially. 👌

Peugeot from 7:50 had most potential. Those hifi and pa coaxial used and 12" on doors, those can be tuned really good

Ground zero is a killer brand..they make everything for every wallet...they make really great sounding sq stuff (with pricetag to match) and they make one of the best sounding subwoofers for terrible loud bass...their amps are legendary as well...They are based out of germany and are really well known on the continent of Europe...their high end woofers are almost indestructable...

plsplspls do an electric car audiophile setup!! :D It´s awful to watch how you have to put 3 alternators and a ton of additional batteries into a combustion car to provide the additional power requirements. If you take say a Model S P100D, 100kWh of stored energy should be way more then enough :D

Eh......you do know that also runs on a seperate 12 volt system? And it runs on a dc to dc converter and i dont know how much power you could draw with amps..

@@christianwagner6244 I really don't know if they sell much upgraded stuff but i do know a car audio channel that does a lot of custom tesla sound systems...search for apicella auto sound...you can check out a couple of Tesla builds but i don't know if he goes in depth on how the power delivery is done...

firebirdude2 this is SQL, completely different story to listening to music inside the cabin and shouldn’t be compared directly. It’s a bit like enjoying music in front of a huge stage, which can still sound amazing!

@@pssound9749 SQL is a made-up abbreviation with no consensus on definition. We've had SPL and SQ for many years. But when SQ systems started putting up 140+db, forum users started using the term SQL as a mix of the two. I've never once heard SQL reference the sound outside a vehicle. Maybe that's a UK thing? Call it whatever you want, but how's the sound stage in that car? That's what I thought...

@@firebirdude2 Hmmm...yeah you don't get "it" but there are many many differences in the car audio culture across america and europe..in america the giant bass builds do good and i bet there is no soundstage to speak of...And in europe there are also a lot of bass heavy cars and events but since the best sound quality gear and builds come from europe and asia there are more events based on that...and yeah SQL is FUN..

firebirdude2 SQL is massive in Asia, just search for it, it shouldn’t be difficult to find videos and posts on social media about it. They don’t check staging outside, but they judge tonality, spectral balance the same way as they do pure SQ.
