Have only just started this video but adore the fact that you are so real and left in the whole portion of " wait a minute...how are these organized? I'm so confused"😅😅😅😅

Interesting that they stood up to the Cadillac of watercolor pencils! 👍 Great job testing!! 🥰 I wouldn't expect them to be on par with Faber Castel. I wonder if, like regular colored pencils, they are less scratchy after sharpening? Often regular colored pencils are coated with something to protect the ends.

I would be thinking the swatch sheet has two sections for each colour so you can have one left dry and the other activated. That’s what I would do. Watercolour pencils are great fun. Like a magic trick!

I’m so glad I found your channel! I love watercolor pencils to color in coloring books and they are forgiving when adding details to my actual watercolor pieces. I’m new so it’s less stressful knowing I can “erase” with a little water if needed. Coloring with them on adult coloring books is super satisfying as well or pdf coloring books I print on watercolor paper/mixed media paper

Hullo Emma, You did a sweet job with the pencils in this video. I have been a user of watercolor pencils for years and my first brand was Koh-I-Noor, this brand is still available and within reach of my desk! I have purchased the Faber Castell’s Albrecht Durer’s regular pencils and the Magnus set that came with the best brush I have ever gotten inside a set of watercolor pencils! I am still a fan of the Koh-I-Noor pencils and they have a great range of colors that are within the lightfast range too! If you are selling your art you need to be aware of how permanent your pencils are. I have purchased some budget watercolor pencils for the occasional visitor, niece and nephews particularly and I believe these pencils are great for that purpose! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this product.

They look like good pencils! I have the 120 set of Faber Castell pencils as well. Yeah, not cheap for sure! But, worth it. I bought the Brutfuner watercolor pencils as well in their 120 set. Much cheaper than the Fabers and scratchier, but still good for the money.

What is the big clip you use to hold the paper down? Does it leave dents?
@EmmaLefebvreКүн бұрын
It’s just a rose gold binder clip from Amazon. I think it came in a pack of large and small ones. No dents in the paper :)

I've been using an Artegria set for quite sometime. It was a large set (Amazon), inexpensive & very nice brushes. 🙂
