I heard him on the radio today and cracked up. He said: "I came home and found my brother passed out on the couch with an empty bottle of sleeping pills at his side. I called the paramedics and they came and pumped his stomach. He learned his lesson though, never take my last two sleeping pills"

I had his audio cassette when I was in High School. Listened to it so many times I could recite the entire thing.. Not as impressed seeing him perform, but still consider him the pinnacle of humor in my life.

I first saw this guy back in the 80's here in the UK, and have to admit that I found hiszany half-wit humour kind of crazy at the time. However, now that the years have passed, his humour seems to me to be more credible. Or, am I just getting old.

***** Emo: Once I saw this guy on a bridge about to jump. I said, "Don't do it!" He said, "Nobody loves me." I said, "God loves you. Do you believe in God?" He said, "Yes." I said, "Are you a Christian or a Jew?" He said, "A Christian." I said, "Me, too! Protestant or Catholic?" He said, "Protestant." I said, "Me, too! What franchise?" He said, "Baptist." I said, "Me, too! Northern Baptist or Southern Baptist?" He said, "Northern Baptist." I said, "Me, too! Northern Conservative Baptist or Northern Liberal Baptist?" He said, "Northern Conservative Baptist." I said, "Me, too! Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region, or Northern Conservative Baptist Eastern Region?" He said, "Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region." I said, "Me, too! Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region Council of 1879, or Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region Council of 1912?" He said, "Northern Conservative Baptist Great Lakes Region Council of 1912." I said, *"Die, heretic!"* and I pushed him over.

His flailing one liners take about a second to understand? They aren't clever they just come off as very simple jokes most of the time.
@GodlessGonads9 жыл бұрын
Disagreement? Must be a troll. Why is a falsetto funny? Why is squirming funny? His jokes are very simple and his gestures just comes across as an annoying act to add to lackluster material. But I'm an asshole for having that opinion, so forget about having to actually explain why his comedic style is funny...

Thing is his jokes are actually rather funny but his act is pathetic and ruins it...
@keepinmahprivacy975410 жыл бұрын
Without the weird act, most of his jokes wouldn't make any sense. They kind of function on the basis of the audience thinking that this guy is kind of an alien/weirdo/man-child who doesn't understand the basic fundamentals of life. If a normally dressed comedian, told these jokes with a normal delivery, I think they would bomb.
@sierraflyfishingadventures957110 жыл бұрын
