@@the_unrepentant_anarchist. 1985 wasn't a time when you could go online and grab every set he's ever done and not everyone could catch them in realtime otherwise. Steven was on Craig Ferguson's show several years ago and I've never laughed so hard in my life. Steven turned to Craig at one point and said, "If I were you I'd be sitting over there." and motions towards Craig's chair. For some reason this hit me like a ton of bricks and I could not stop laughing because it is so "Steven". I was watching this interview on my laptop at my mom's house and she asked why I was laughing so hard and it took me 10 minutes to explain it to her (every time I started it hit me again). When I finally got it out, with tears still rolling down my face, she said, "Oh, yeah, I guess that's kind of funny..."

I saw that show too, and Craig is the only one I've seen that could make Steven laugh his ass off! And as you know, Steven doesn't laugh!

@@roydyck5693 Craig is a naturally funny guy himself. I believe he used to be a stand up comedian, which explains it. Another guy who cracks me up just being himself is Richard Ayoade from "The IT Crowd". On talk shows and interviews as soon as he starts speaking I already have a smile on my face.

I disagree. He is a highly rated comic. And his audience knows it.

this was one of the most interesting sets of is as he sort of strings them all together into a story.

I remember him in high school. He was a senior when I was a sophomore. One of my fiends would hang out with him some times. He just seemed kind of odd and quiet to me. But I guess it worked for him. He's rich now and I am not. Good for him.

His jokes sneak up on you because of his delivery. You always think, "Was that even a joke?" A second later you get it. Norm MacDonald is the same, but a totally different class of joke writing.

AGREED! Steven's jokes may take a second, but will floor ya! His views on everyday life are absolutely exhilarating and inspiring! Such a creative freak of nature. Such a blessing to the world of comedy.

Ever notice this guy is never filthy in his humor. Not vulgar, just funny.
