I've been using EMOM for a while now. Currently, I'm alternating with KB one minute and and heavy club the next. With your point about level changes, I'll probably be adding in push ups with this format. Thanks, coach!

I'd like to use emom as my cardio similar to what strength first guys call strength aerobic. I also use this app called interval timer. It's so much fun!
