After the first round, my legs and hips started shaking uncontrollably, I know this is a release, so I just let it happen. The shaking continued right through the other rounds. Felt amazing. I’ll be doing this regularly. I have lots to get rid of. Thank you for this video! 😍

You just released the trauma! I read this in a book by Peter Levine.. where he explained that animals go back to normal as soon as possible after trauma because they complete the cycle of trauma with shaking... There is also a polar bear coming out of trauma(here on YT, just look up for polar bear trauma) and you you will see how bear shakes and shivers.... And then he goes back to normal! Unfortunately humans are too conscious of the surroundings or too numb after trauma so we don't do it.... Some of us do tho most of us couldn't.... So congratulations 👏👏👏

I like this Breathwork yet I find it stressful in the end, when I am in a deeper meditative state to feel rushed and stressed by the louder voice in the end “thank you for watching” imminently after the last breath. Apparently I turned grey and lips went blue during my first guided session yesterday, my guide said I didn't breath at all for 4 minutes which is crazy because in my mind I was still doing the techniques. I remember I yelled for help as I encountered a swift sudden freakout, I threw my arms in the air and went to get up. The real crazy part is this didn't actually happen in my guides reality, only my reality. I'm having a hard time gripping the fact that 2 completely different encounters happened, I was with my wife and two guides, they all testify that what I experienced was all in my DMT state. Absolutely crazy to comprehend. The 1.5h session felt like 10 minutes. I'm so grateful to have those two guides, I think I could have died if they weren't there to help me through my imaginary freakout, I felt like I was rescued and the situation was out of my control. Had they not being there I may not have continued to breath after 4 minutes, I really don't know, all I know is what I perceived as reality was infact not reality, even through I experienced in my own world as if it undeniabley was, hand on heart reality, where I was breathing as instructed. It was deeper than I've ever gone before.

For clarity, in this breath work we are inhaling and exhaling through the mouth? Nothing to do with the nose

Can anyone please guide me? When she says “hold after exhale”. Are we supposed to hold our breath until she starts speaking again?
