Question: when I air up my first electro gun for the first time, I should turn the velocity all the way down then slowly turn it up so I don't blow the solenoid right?

99% of the time the velocity will be set around 280 fps so dont worry about it. Just make sure you chrono before playing

Yeah probably but quick question is it bad to have a to high psi ? Because the 2.0 has no psi tester on it so is the psi tester for velocity I'm kinda new to electric guns this gun the 2.0 will be my first one

yeah it is all about the looks i guess that why they make markers with dumb F milling that is useless & just adds weight when everyone i know & all high end markers are smooth with minimal milling making it easier to clean. I think that why mini GS dose so well it looks cleaner than the axe 2.0

I picked this gun up and it’s a nice piece but here comes the but. The gun will stop firing if it gets to hot. The gun seems to be sensitive to outside heat temperatures. The gun will completely shut down and stop firing. Never seen that before this gun.

I've played for 6 hours in 100-110 degree weather before with no problems at all from my 2.0, all stock parts on it. I use a rotor LTR hopper and a 68/4500 tank. Send yours back in or go to the store you bought it from and get matinence done on it, since that seems like a manufacturing error if anything.

Do the 2.0 if you haven't already. It's a little bigger, which most people like, though its nothing significant. In addition, matinence on the marker is 1,000,000x easier time and access wise than it is on the GS.

Is the redline board worth it? What are the differences between that and the stock axe board

They perform the same function. the only difference is that with the stock board, you use different colored flashing lights to navigate through the settings. With the redline board, you use an OLED screen to navigate through the settings.

Some bigger improvements would have been nice. Its not enough of a change to upgrade to a 2.0 from a standard axe and the etha 2 is just an overall better marker.

not a fan of the axe shot/ergonomics. Plus the etha 2 is hoseless, has a serviceable reg, and has a nicer barrel

Adam Wade the axe 2.0 and mini gs do not come with an oled screen/ redline board but that upgrade is available for an additional $120 I believe. Some vendors have the markers available with the board already installed

Also, the manual has been fixed. On page 5, the picture 5-1 and 5-2 were switched, but now it shows how to properly set up your pressure and velocity.
