there is one mistake on assembly - pin should be rotated 180 degrees. If assembled as shown on movie asa will not vent off
@advancedmagfedchannel65772 жыл бұрын
You are absolutely right. The rounded edge is where the lever and pin goes. I try to see if there is a way to make an additional comment in the video.

did you ever make the change or should I do the opposite

I have been searching for a solution to my ASA not purging FOREVER. I literally used this video a couple of years ago to clean my Vanquish regulator due to Reg Creep. When I put it back together I noticed that my ASA wouldn’t vent/purge. Then I see this comment. Going to try it now and hope that fixes my problem. Will update you asap.

I did this but my vanquish gt is now not working:( it’s leaking badly out of the 4 holes screw on the side when I pressurize. Any ideas??? Been at this for DAYS!!!
@advancedmagfedchannel6577 Жыл бұрын
The holes you are reffering to are there to prevent you from overpressurizing your Vanquish. Try to lower the pressure by turning out the" Pressure Adjustment Screw" (front of your regulator) counter clockwise. If the leaking stops, check your FPS or the internal pressure gage and continue to adjust until you have reached the desired shooting velocity.

The screw is loose to the point of not doing anything!! If I screw it in at all it starts blowing out of those holes!! Something is not right… I’ve rebuilt this thing to a T 5 times now and I cannot figure it out it’s driving me insane!!!

@jjj788 you ever get it to work?
@cm6gaming25918 күн бұрын
@@jjj788that o-ring that is seated around the moving pin is more than likely not in correctly.

I tried with 13mm socket, but it's to thick.
@advancedmagfedchannel65772 жыл бұрын
Had the same problem, hence I advised in the video to either choose a socket with a small outer diameter or to grid down a "standard" 13mm socket. Hope you still got it to work!

Use a 1/2 in. socket (or 13mm) with a 1/4 drive. The sockets with a 3/8 drive are too lathe
