Love love love it .The elevator is much needed. The price is a little shocking, but Toll Brothers always do there thing best.

@@AtlantaNewConstructionTours Yes I am but I haven’t decided on my final destination, Texas, Phoenix Arizona, or Vegas , I will not be moving again, or if I should buy a much smaller home . There will be no mistake in my decision. Thanks for this beautiful home video .

Thanks for watching . Model home is not for sale yet . But these townhomes start at 1.1 million due to the location . If I had to guess you can built this model home for 1.4M . I also have another listing that is similar to this for 900K . Look up 2104 Peach lane Smyrna Ga .

I’m curious to know how they turn a profit when these homes look like it takes a million plus to build not to mention other expenses and they’re on the market for 1.1 million?

@@Art_Odyssey93 I am sure they make 200K off every one of those townhomes. It doesn’t cost that much to build . Land value also adds in due to prime location . I would have to guess that the cost to build this would be around 600K and the land value would range around 200k plus or minus .

@@taffiefillingame6882 thanks for watching . They recently opened up another neighborhood that have townhomes in the 600k that is only a few miles away . Let em know if you are interested in luxury townhomes .

A bathroom next to a dining or kitchen area is always a no. No one wants to be interrupted with toilet sounds/smells while they’re eating/drinking. Yuck.

Hello and thank you for your insight. Not sure if you have owned a three level townhouse before? It’s very common for the half bath to be on the main level . Now the placement of the half bath is based on the floor plan you choose since there are others to choose from . So please don’t be discouraged because the bathroom is there . Maybe you may like another plan where the bathroom is to the one side . And please know that I am not discounting your point that you made . Want you to know that I hear you and it’s a valid point

That stair landing on third floor seems a little dangerous, other than that townhome is gorgeous.

😂 I live up the road from this community, I saw the prices and was like,”NO!” There’s a community across from Cumberland mall that’s better.. even has an elevator inside.

The price doesn't surprise me lol. I lived in Smyrna right off S. Cobb, and at the time they were building new luxury townhomes starting from $600k right by West Village, this was back in 2016-2018. The area is very nice.

@@christopherk.7094 you are paying purely for the location . There is not a single community in Downtown Vinings that is less than a million . Can’t compare that to places near Cumberland mall and I understand that it’s only an exit away . Value of land is so different .

John Wieland and Toll Brothers are two separate builders. Highlands at Vinings is a Toll Brothers community. John Wieland is not building anything in Vinings.

They are top in their class . Another great location in Downtown vinings where you can walk to everything.

Where is bedroom room? How come you skipped over the first floor specs?

Hello. The very first floor is currently set up as their real estate office in that model . It’s one big room and has a bathroom downstairs . They offer an option to close out that room and make a bedroom. Some people choose to make that a media room .
