Grew up windward side but spent a lot of time up the coast all the way to north shore. Seen plenty sharks surfing diving whatever but never been bothered by one. Hope the sharks still have enough fish to eat out there.

more contamination of the open sea means more beached whales and dolphins and more sharks looking for real food near the shores. what comes around goes around. similar to "destroy the forest and the animals will move to the cities".

Obviously there are sharks there. Don't you think the sign is a little ridiculous.
