On transmission, Children's ITV's continuity link was provided by the late Charlotte Coleman in character as Marmalade Atkins. "Did you know that Grotbags really is the blessed limit? And I should know!" [types something into the computer. Straight into the title sequence at 0:12, completely bypassing the Central ident]

Catrina and Joe did a fair bit of television. Loads of them had small parts in shows such as The Bill and similar things. Some ended up on the West End, others did modelling work. Nicholas Pinnock from the 1987/8 series is probably the most famous today - he was in Fortitude and Marcella, and is doing very well for himself indeed.
