I'm speechless and getting goosebumps hearing you. I'm equally overwhelmed with joy that someone can finally articulate and properly explain everything. The concept of 'no-mind' has been spoken before by many, but you have put more clarity into it. Having gone through depression and suicidal tendencies, i kept avoiding psychiatric medicine because I saw it's negative effects on my own mother for over 25yrs. Entering into meditation, yoga, shadow work, hypnosis, reiki healing, etc completely changed my life and it's been almost 7 yrs.
