Spiritual journey is something that can only happen within. Only those who experience it, can feel it. This is a concept which can't be forced. When the time and situation is right and if u r destined, you will go through the journey of inner exploration immaterial of where you come from. Yet, some people never do. People who are here to watch this vedio are most likely in that journey already and thus, will relate to everything she is saying. Humans are not herds, each individual has to strive on his/her own path to attain the level of “sachithananda” it takes years of perseverance and dedication to reach there. I don’t think Lena has reached that stage as once you reach that state of mind, you never would like to come to limelight and glitz again. Self seeking and refinement of one’s own inner soul leads to neutralising of one’s sensitivities and desire. Thus the person attains moksha or liberation from the cycle of life and death.

Honestly she has got the elevation the bright way.. 🙏🏼 feels excellent listening to her, actually she tried her best to articulate what she had in mind and it worked.. she didn't confuse the listeners anywhere.. That's the skill!! Even though we say we understand what she was trying to convey, if we are asked to speak about it, we would be out of words because our imagination and vocabulary are not equally good. Some are good in imagination but cannot articulate, or speak about it, and then some are really good speakers but do not have the right imagination and experiences.. So that's where Lena hits the spot where she is capable of articulating what's in her mind and that leaves the listeners wondering about her experiences. So she can be successful in opening up minds because she can speak in a way where a novice can also understand, that's the right elevation I would say.. 🙏🏼

Im all for spirituality and going back to our roots. I love how mysterious humans are and there is so much to learn about oneself. But we really need to remember however great going back to our root is ,the life expectancy of a man was in 40s before mordern medicine. The way she spoke about psychiatric medication and Statins worry me. Statin just does not lower cholesterol, but it protects the arteries too. That is why someone who is high risk of heart attack is always started on a Statin. Same the way she explained migraine was shocking to say the least ! Please dont get swayed by everything she says. Use your discretion and judgement always.

Everything is not "I". This understanding is due to a poor fund of knowledge. According to Bhagavad Gita every living entity(jiva/atma) is part and parcel of the Supreme soul/Parabrahma/ Krishna / or whatever name you would like to call. Krishna is present in every living entity in Paramatma form and witnesses the activity of the living entity (jiva) or the individual soul. Individual soul (jiva) transmigrates through different bodies according to his/her karma. Parabrahman, Paramatma and atma(jiva) are eternal. While karma can be changed according to proper use jiva's free will . So the ultimate goal of every living is to purify his karma and get liberated. Knowledge of jiva, paramatma and parabrahman is the real self realization. Understanding of everything as I is incomplete knowledge or partial understanding. What Osho says is enjoy everything till you lose interest. This is like pouring petrol on burning fire. Hope you understand.

It is so heartening to see her words resonate with so many. It is so easy to dismiss this as psychedelic mumbo jumbo or as manifestation of psychiatric illness. One has to cultivate a certain higher degree of perception to recognise the talk is Quantum level Physics/ mathematics and cannot be grasped at a more basic level to give an analogy. For those who have pondered that inner stillness or the silent watcher of all that is- it is very relatable- but still a long way to go from self realisation to self actualisation like Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta or the umpteen enlightened beings achieved who it made an experiential reality. Lena certainly has touched a higher plane no doubt. Tibetan yogas of dream and sleep and Reflections on a mountain lake is a good starting point if “I am that” by Nisargadatta Maharaj is a mountain to climb.

Eloquent use of language doesn't guarantee that one is able to express or is talking convincingly. The subject and experience has to be relatable, else it remains a fragment of fiction. Nevertheless, her destiny has willed that her experience will be interesting enough to be published as a book. This suffices for her clarity of thoughts, eloquence and directness in sharing her experiences with the public. With all due respect to all, each one is entitled to their own opinions n perspectives. I truly appreciate her courage, skill and intent to demystify certain things which are usually cloaked in various colours and are never discussed. She has been phenomenal as an actor, in my personal opinion, and she turns out to be more surprising off screen too. I had no clue about her early career or qualifications but the realms she has been thru and the stand she took isnt simple or easy by any means. No amount of her eloquence can surpass the depths of her experience or her noble, courageous intent. Noticing that her eloquence in communication too is a feather on her cap, coz not many actors of her agegroup can pull it off so well. Lots of reading n reading good or the right books will leave such stardusts of impact, by all means.

For Lena this is the age for her to talk about or having the trance experience ,but soon she will come back to a pretty normal life after her 50’s realizing that leading a very normal life is the only possible thing one can do on this earth.
