I have a C6CN WiFi camera, I am trying to unbind account. But when I'm following these steps the app is unable to search for my device, although my device is visible in the lan mode. Similarly when I open the IP I do not get the login page on my browser even though both my device's are in same network.

Sir my phone one plus nord ce2 it's not showing these options that you are mentioned/explain what is wrong what setting have done my phone or DVR hikvision & cameras is same hikvision please find out what setting?

Hi Turbo in my case there say that my NVR is not connected to the internet. I have connect a cable from the modem to the router then from the router one to the nvr and the other to the Poe switch. Do I have to setup something first on the NVR?

Hi Nicole, Usually, you may not need to set up first and follow the steps as shown in the video. In case the device cannot connect to the Hik-connect, you need to check the following steps: Activation NVR first. next, set the IP address of your NVR to the same network class as the router you connect to the NVR (can you set DHCP), check the DNS server address - normal Hikvision use Google DNS (8.8.8.8). Next, enable Hik-connect and create the verification code and check the status, it is online is ok then add the NVR into your app. If the NVR can't online you need to check the internet on the network wire connected to the NVR, check the firewall on the router and the modem - the firewall must be off. Hello, The current policy of EZVIZ does not support us to unbind the account, it applies to my region I don't know how your region's policy is. And EVIZ camera does not support browser access. you can use Ezviz Studio advanced version or Ivms 4200 to remote configuration. Good luck and thank you so much!

Hello turbo sir I have one+nord ce2lite phone In this phone not showing options U are giving what is the wrong I could not connect my phone hikvision DVR & cameras on line live view clk show device off line while DVR status is on line internet is currently connected pls give solutions 😊
