I don’t know what I’m doing wrong; maybe my timing is off or my oil isn’t hot enough or too hot but anytime I have tried to do this, my tortillas still fall apart when I try to roll them 😖 you make it look so easy!!!

My mother in law used to always prepare the entomatadas like yours at 16 minutes with her homemade salsa whenever she was feeling lazy but wanted something yummy as we always had salsa on hand, so delicious!!

Angelica, I love love Mexican food the more authentic the better. Please do not take me as disrespectful!! You’re an awesome cook. I cannot develop a taste of the corn tortillas?? How could I use flour without them getting mushy?? Should I prep them like you did for the corn?? Please help me out this looks sooo good with the cream style sauce. I go to a AUTHENTIC Hispanic mom and pop restaurant they are from Guatemala. They make seafood enchiladas the cream sauce has some type of herbs in it. You have the closest recipe I have ever seen.
