I awoke in the middle of the night and on put this post. I visualized myself as a 5 year old child being carried by Jesus; I could only see the back of Him holding me. At times when the stated affirmation used the word speak, I’d see Jesus turn His head and speak to the 5 year old me and I watched little me smile and kiss His cheek. I was enjoying being carried by my Heavenly Father, especially since my earthly dad was not loving nor gentle. This is just one example of my visualization during this excellent meditation. Yes, I fell into peaceful sleep. This creative post and my imagination was what I needed. God used this fine instrument. Now I’m rested and ready for day of peace with God's grace and mercy.
