A very nice plant, and doing so well under LED lights, there's something worth considering, I've seen a number of Encyclia for sale recently. Thanks for posting :)

Hi there, very pretty. I got one even though seemed to have a few new growths coming, the two leaves that had started to get yellow until they fell. I took it out of the pot and it was getting rotten. So I cleaned it and left it in a clear container for 2 days with nothing. Then I repot it in bark and I am only misting for now. Any other tips? Thank you

If you only have bark (I'm assuming medium bark size) then I'm not too sure that misting will be enough moisture. Maybe flush the pot through once a week with water allowing the pot to drain will increase the moisture at the roots.
