When you're a contending team you can't get attached to role players on your roster. I like Josh Green a lot but when you have the oppurtunity to pair one of the best catch and shoot guys ever next to Luka and Kyrie then you do it without question. Scared money don't make money, look at the Celtics they traded the supposed heart and soul of their team in Marcus Smart for Porzingis and ended up winning a championship.

Personally I don't get Klays perspective. Yes he has been a major piece for the warriors throughout the years but when we needed him most he didn't show up. Yes Draymond got paid but he was productive on the floor for us (off the floor is a different story). We offered him close to the contract he got this offseason to start the season this year and he declined to bet on himself. He didn't perform how he thought he would so he should not be getting another bag. He already had a big contract during the time he was injured and thinks the warriors aren't giving him the respect. I feel he isn't giving the warriors the respect but I hope he does well in Dallas. If he wanted paid and a place loyal to him he could've stayed. He wants to compete he just doesn't want to say that him and the warriors can't compete anymore.
