G'day Ken, Funny story regarding Kiata. Back in the 90's when I lived in Adelaide & would hitch a ride in very fast trucks betwern the 2 cities, we were heading to Adelaide 4 of us. Being the lead truck I was the passenger. No call on the CB a dog box hiding in Kiata until I spotted it. The 4 th truck was lagging behind & almost t boned the dog box sending it spiining out of control on Melbourne bound bus parking bay. First 3 trucks got pulled over before Nhill the police yelling at us on the CB to pull over. We were clocked at 126 kph the truck behind at 122 & the third about the same through a 75 kph zone. How lucky were we all got off with a warning because no one called it up on the CB check the log book all good & all quiet to the border. True story. Fallen Flag Companies Virginia Express Freighters Copini Transport Cleveland Express Fourth was Bohaul Express. Cheers Louis Kats 👍

nice one Kenny - mate I drive up that SE Freeway heading down into Adelaide every night and they been closing them tunnels off for 2 years now. Local member has had a gutfull so has the community. Yeh as soon as you pulled up I thought... he won't get around past the other truck, good you got some coffee , what do you think about the NHVR new fines, what a rip off on blokes that are just trying to earn a livving, maybe it's past time for all owner/drivers to park up at home and employed drivers to go on strike until Government wakes up and understand what they're doing to the industry, Glad I don't drive semi's now, last logbook fine I got was $120.00 at Ballina back in 2001, anyhow Ken, good video as usual and have a good Christmas.
