I appreciate the fact that the new machine has been redesigned to eliminate unnecessary things to free up space for an improved separation of the grains. With your combine, you leave some crop in your fields on contours. I wish they had the same conditions to demonstrate how this machine would handle that condition. This is the best video I've ever seen of new equipment in real-world conditions. Hat's off Jackson Brothers for such a great review.

A great video of the N H CR11 Thank you. The cleaning area on a New Holland have never been a problem and always give a very clean sample, the straw walkers and the routers have always been too short, that has been the limiting factor. 3 times i have cut 6 tons to an acre or 15 tons to the hectare and always been a New Holland.

@einfelder82628 күн бұрын
@@5678niall This bigger machine fits their tracking widths - so they could happily use all three. 😀 👌. But would need another chaser bin, and could overwhelm the mother bins. The overcapacity so created could be used to get the crops off faster and then make some money contracting to the neighbours.
@gardnep9 күн бұрын
Doesn’t look like a 5t/ha crop from Moree, I just look at how much ground you can see under the crop before it is cut in the aerial. It might need a few extra wheels on the front to handle the contours. I guess the auger is about 10 m long? Nothing like a bit of sand.

Have you guys looked into using or trialing a stripper header? I think it’s by a UK crowd called Sherbourne?? From some of the YT videos I’ve seen they can harvest at a much taller height and what you lose in HP driving the header front you gain more by not having to thrash as much straw through the main chamber and sieves. It might keep the smaller machines you’ve got going a bit longer without having to completely re-do the CTF tracks and other equipment to a bigger width.
@jefftheaussie22258 күн бұрын
Probably Shelbourne Reynolds. The stripper was invented here by Ridley in about 1843. They use them in Rice here a bit.

Who is flying back to WA for the CR10 demonstration? For the cost/ time/ benefit of ag operations where would an autonomous crop sprayer rank against improved crop harvest efficiency? What would a wheeled autonomous sprayer require? Self rotating nozzles so blocked nozzle stoppages that require manual intervention might be reduced. The red team of CNH has already done the autonomous High-crop fert spreaders. Spray the field edges with a drone, so the auto sprayer's long booms are not damaged in crop edge areas. DJI has shown a Agras T100 drone with a 100 litres that could spray a tennis court, Kaizen/ X-fold have shown a 1000lb lift 12 prop drone.
