Hey great video with lot of useful info! Just checked the Piratour - were you able to get the blue dollar exchange rate? I'm trying to book before my travel but the option they provided me is to pay using paypal directly in USD which will come to U$300 per person

Yes, we were able to. When we booked they pretty much just reserved our spot and we paid in cash the day of, and saw other people did that too. I'd ask if they'd do the same for you! Hope you have a lovely time :)

Definitely rent a car! It wasn't so each to call for taxis, there's no Uber and public transport doesn't get to some of the places.

Hi Shirley and Nick, Argentina is uses the messaging app WhatsApp pretty heavily and that's how we made our reservation (we still had to make the payment the day of) so try contacting them that way beforehand!

Es una Aldea que chile modifico su calificación demográfica por un tema competitivo con Argentina, no llega ni a 3000 habitantes, el pueblo que nació mi viejo en el medio del campo tiene mas habitantes que ese con 3800, no tiene envergadura, ni Importancia, mi relevancia Turística, que Tiene Ushuaia con cerca de los 100000 habitantes con Infraestructura de CIUDAD, con Universidad, Gigantesco polo industrial, Hotelería 5 estrellas, Servicios Turisticos de CIUDAD, Puerto Base Internacional para la Antartida Argentina y Aeropuerto de la importancia que tiene Ushuaia, Quizas en unos 30 años Por hay si Pto. Willams Crezca y llegue no se a 10000 o 20000 habitantes sea una Ciudad REAL, HOY NO LO ES mas que un Poblado o Aldea. si mas al sur que Ushuaia saludos.

Hi Kira! We didn't get one because the town of Ushuaia itself is very walkable and we found it easy to get a driver to take us a bit further (Laguna Esmeralda and the Train) BUT I will say that if we had a rental car we probably would've explored more of the surrounding area!
