I am a newbie to creating amps. And being this one has 96 pills. WOW. I love talking on side band. And when I was living in Texas, there was a guy talking from New York. He blew everyone away. Nobody could talk over him. I wondered what kind of amp he was using. He was extremely loud! Maybe one like this. Now about this amp. With today's standard, Yes it can be updated much better. You do Awesome work. I Love your videos! Sheet medal breaks down after a while. Not a good metal to use on something like this.

Hello Fellow Amphaulics, Friends, And Supporters Of The World Famous BBI AMPS Channel: When I see some of these amp builders call their work exceptional or state of the art there is only one short response. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME !!! IMHO there isn't an amp builder on this earth that can design, layout, perform excellent wire / cable routing, & fabrication like BBI. When you can take a burnt up piece of garbage 🗑 like this amp & bring it back from the dead I don't believe any other RF repair shop would have taken on this project, but BBI DID IT. Even when Luke wasn't feeling well & in constant pain he pushed through the long hours to make this project succeed. When you start off with an amp that had duck tape holding things together you know that it's going to take a lot more than replacing a few pills. Well li looks like BBI PULLED IT OFF IN GRAND FASHION. Well Done Luke, & feel better. TMP, Unit 22, from N.J.

Anyone who can build an Amp that works is miles beyond any bored tradesman in the way of radio. Everyone thinks what they have is the best, and then they're stuck demanding ridiculous prices for it when it breaks because they convinced themselves they're sitting on a gold mine.

@@JamesBronson-hy3rb Hello James HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I hope you get feeling better real soon sir !!!! Since everyone around me has been sick from Thanksgiving & thru the new year I've been working on my radio shack nonstop & getting things ready for those beautiful BBI CREATIONS. Well my home office got smaller because it's all radios & monitors. What I thought would fit in half my office is now the whole thing. Both of the high current electrical lines are in & I've been making wiring harnesses & power distribution box for all the radios. The 2 monitors & the TV are on another circuit but you must anticipate all the cabling & power requirements ahead of time + placement. James it's comming along slowly but so far everything is working out. There is one section just for the BBI creations. Feel better & my best to you & the family. TMP, Unit 22 from N.J.

One thing you never addres is that you Do Not have to have massive cables feed this amp or Any amp for that matter.. It only depends on how hard you plan to drive it. It this owner only ever wanted to work this box at 20% or 40% percent of it's capacity. That's his prerogative. Not all operators want to run BALLS to THE WALL.. Keep that in mind.
