Id try input shaping just for kicks, might get even better corners at higher speeds with less ringing.

I've been using the H2 on an Ender for over a year, I guess and it's capable of amazing prints. It uses a Dragon heatblock and mine is the bimetal heatbreak V2, so no gear issues. I've designed over a dozen ducts for it, just trying different arrangements but I think the fan on the right (like yours) makes the most sense. BTW, you want to put a bowden fitting in the top of it with a very short piece of PTFE poking out to facilitate loading filament and so the filament isn't swinging left and right during fast moves.

Try the input shaper

Try upgrading the bed and gantry steppers to bigger ones with more torque to eliminate skipping. That’s what I’m going to do with my ender 3 to achieve 175mms

Hello, could you share the printer cfg and maker firm please?

Stock it runs fine at 100mm/s or Atleast mine does, still have to install Klipper. Too lazy

I think I’m gonna go for an S1 Pro to do some prototyping and then possible start a small garden with.
@Redo3D2 жыл бұрын
I wish the s1 had came out when I bought all my printers I would of 100% gone with that. With that being said I feel I have learned so much with 3d printers because of the v2, and that is valuable for maintaining a farm. Learning how to fix and make things better.

@@Redo3D just think where we will be in 5 years with this technology. It has advanced so much just in the last 5 years. Pretty exciting! I borrowed a mono price Inclosed printer and did my first 2 prints through the night. Couldn’t sleep much lol. I know that will pass as I do this over and over and over. Man I would love to see your farm sometime in the future.

Hi can you make a content how you protect your print farm from fire? Thanks!

I’m trying to configure my extruder for this. What are the steps and rotation distances?
@Redo3D Жыл бұрын
Rotation distance is 40 for x and Y. I use 3.445 for the extruder

I think you need linear rails to get faster and quality

Does the stock mainboard support pressure advance? I thought the 4.2 boards only operated in standalone l.

They do.

Wondering how much the direct drive hurts printing speed vs stock, also glass bed vs pei or g10.

Why would it hurt it?

@@Mr.Thermistor7228 added weight vs bowden
@alejandroperez5368 Жыл бұрын
@@ResistCircuitResist you realize the bed weights a lot more?
@ResistCircuitResist Жыл бұрын
@@alejandroperez5368 I do, but that doesn't change the fact that if your hotend was lighter it might be able to print faster or at better quality. I also mentioned pei and g10 specifically for the bed. Are you using a pei coated spring steel sheet, also any change from the glass in terms or speed or quality?

The biqu h2 CANNOT handle more than 160mm extrusion, it skips steps for low torque
