I try to read books I feel are important to the story as I go. This one was longer than i thought, but it does seem important to read as it is part of a quest. Books that I feel may just be for interests sake I will try to read at the end of episodes and add as an encore.

Luis Carvalho that seems extremely pointless. The reading is lore for what's going on. I think it was great for him to read it especially since he didn't fumble a lot on words. I didn't think it slowed the episode down or anything since it had to do with a quest. I enjoyed and if you didn't wanna sit and read just skip ahead.

Never really considered downloading one of the huge quest mods for skyrim before. I always assumed that they would be half assed at best or completely broken at worst.(because of the fact that such small teams work on them) However this video alone is making me really want to download this mod and try it out the story looks far more interesting than vanilla Skyrim. Let's all say it together: a-po-the-car-y It's interesting that some people have difficulty with certain words. My mother, for example, has been ribbed for decades about her inability to say "linoleum". She always pronounces it "laloleum". :) So glad you're doing this, Gopher. ALthough I can understand it as they don't want you to actually be able to move and for example attack an NPC that is important and mess up there planned way for things to transpire. It also takes away your freedom and leaves you no decisions.

Yeah sure. But its clear that in enderal that you are the observer. Enderal is not Skyrim its far more about the main storyline than it is about the degrees of freedom. And so when its obvious that you are nailed to the chair for a meta reason. Roleplaying that you are nailed to the floor is just frustrating.

Gopher is in the process to get used to how the cinematics in this game work. I'm really glad that he resisted his looting urge during Jespar's monologue. It would have ruined the scene. This type of directing happens several times during the main quest line. Rule of thumb: If someone important talks about important things, pay attention to them, even when you're not in the dialog interface. And if they move, follow them.

Is it possible you still have Skyrim graphics changes effecting your game? Because I installed Enderal according to your instructions (thanks again!) and that section should be blurry, but I don't remember it being much darker. You should be able to easily see the fire and the chair by it. Edit to add: You might want to check that out, it'll be a little while but there are points later where I think the same visual effect is used. I'm not sure if really high degrees of arcane fever can cause blindness (mine's only ever gotten as high as 60 or so, and I haven't noticed any vision impairments), but you're definitely not supposed to be blind during the visions. Also thank you so much for reading the books! The writing is one of the best things about Enderal, but it's frankly easier to listening to someone read it than just sitting and reading while playing.

its deffinetly a bug. I never had that problem either. Check to see if you have the HD plug-ins activated, if you do, deactivate them. I read that Enderal is not supporting any DLC, so that might be it?

I really like your style of gameplay, it fits perfectly to this brilliant mod / game. Don't hesitate to choose sarcastic dialogue options, this is not Fallout! I had some hilarious moments by choosing them. Well, there are plenty of hilarious moments in this game, also some frustrating ones too, but in general, Enderal is more than entertaining. And I'm surprised by the good voiceacting in english. The german version is slightly better but, well german. By the way: Do not sell the badges of the apothecary, just keep them in your inventary...
