I find it interesting that the map is refereed to as a planet. I mean, it certainly is, but you never see the setting really referred to in that way in fantasy games.

Endless legend is sort of a sci-fi fantasy. Think of stargate SG1 where the humans of earth are actually the second people to live on earth, The civilizations you are playing in this game are 2nd and 3rd age civs. There was already long ago an intergalactic race of beings known as the endless, and dust is whats left of their nano machines used to build their empire. All the "magic" is just the endlesses technology manipulating the world.

Was it cool when you found out who they were?

The four armed person would be the Cultists the last faction to be included in the official release

That 'strange four armed person on the diplomacy screen' represents user-crated faction called 'the Cultists of the Eternal End' (created by Telum).

It's awesome how the players have helped mold parts of the game. XD

your half right Grey Hand, three users helped mold and create that faction the original concept of the faction came from Nosferatial and Telum created their unique visual style while Adazu did the design for their Ship and Logo : )

The game looks really neat, is there a chance of a GOG release in the forseeable future?

I don't understand the mechanic of the "Setseke Hoi" to move a city; if you do that, you loose every FIDSI prod of the tiles you owned? Isn't that a suicidal skill in early game? By the way what's the point to move the City? (I did not played the early access, just need explanations)
@TheJaranuJanic10 жыл бұрын
You only get the resources from tiles your city is on and exploiting. moving a city could be you realizing somewhere else has better resources in a territory, or moving it to an entirely different region (I believe they can do this, not sure though). Also, if its too close to an enemy border, moving it further from there can help make it more secure.

And in times of war they can move all their cities very close to one another, meaning if one of them is attacked you can fight off the assailants with the militia from all three cities.

I imagine it can be if you aren't smart about how you use it since yes it would not make sense to collect FIDSI on any tiles you are not actively working. On the other hand, this might be a necessary early game move if you discover you are parked right next to the necrophage and need to move your cities somewhere more defensible or simply further away from their cities to buy yourself some time.

Actually reverse coloring of the logo (like adazu said) is imho better. In this picture cult logo looks so big and chunky.
