The xbox one controller would be an S+. I have no idea why anybody would think it's worse than the 360 controller since it improves on it. The thumbsticks don't wear down like the 360. They have ridges on the side that give better grip on the thumbsticks and the bump from the battery pack is gone.

agreed, I dont get it either. Better everything. No battery tumor, and if you can get it to work on your PC and need it for whatever reason it even has a headphone jack on the bottom. The biggest blow to it (As well as the 360) is the reliance on actual AA batteries.

People probably don't like it cuz when Don Mattrick introduced the console he took a big steamy shit on the stage and pretty much said, "isn't this pile of shit great?" On the plus side Microsoft completely nailed the controller. On the minus side they never got over that initial impression outside of US markets.

My favorite controls are the Wii u pro control, gamecube control, and Dualshock 4. Nice to see you recognize the greatness of the underrated Wii u gamepad as A tier. My biggest problem with the dualshock 4 that should be mentioned is the poor battery, but I like that it has a audio jack. Same for the Wii u gamepad.

doom 64 actually runs amazing. and it is not at all a doom port. it is what i consider the TRUE Doom 3; very similar gameplay but with many improvements such as to how maps could be designed and a quite good number of other things but still stayed true to what doom is. it also had a slightly different atmosphere to the first 2 Doom games which is a nice change of pace. i honestly think its the best Doom game pre-Doom2016. but i havent played Doom2016 yet so i dont have an actual opinion on it yet. so if you like doom, even if its too hard for you, doom 64 is fantastic.

Mega Drive is just Japan/PAL Genesis. The controller that you thought was the Mega Drive is actually the Master System, or as it's known in Japan, the Mark III. And the controller you thought was the Saturn is actually just a 6 button Genesis controller used for certain games.

Digi, do yourself a favour and play Majora's Mask. To this day, it's my favourite Zelda game hands down, and I've played almost all of them. It's just such a fantastic game, but you're right about having to be concentrated while playing it. It's such an engaging world though, you'll love it once you've tried diving in.

Xbox One is objectively the greatest controller in existence imo. 360 is undisputably incredible and the Xbox One improves on it in every way. The DPad is arguably the best ever, they fattened the triggers and the body of the controller, gave it a little more weight, and they're built like bricks. Transitioning from 360 to X1 can feel weird as the controller is larger and fills your hands more easily but once you adjust you can never go back. X1 controller is amazing. Everybody needs at least one for PC gaming, it will accomplish everything you need general controller usage for.

some people might disagree but i think for the most part i would agree 100% with your controller tier list except that i would add another tier above S with the switch pro controller in it. It's just hands down the best controller i have ever played with. To me it seems like an updated version of the xbox 360 controller, which i agree is already S tier. I also just like nintendo consoles better than sony or microsoft so I'm a tad biased.
