Do you recommend this for bone spurs compressing c7 nerves as well? I have a neurosurgeon telling me I need a fusion and lami/forami, which I do not want. So, I saw an ortho this week who said that I could do this. At least I think it is the same as you are showing here.

Can central disc bulges be removed that are pressing on the spinal cord? If not how can these be addressed without a ACDF?
@DrTonyMork6 жыл бұрын
They can be decompressed endoscopically, I don't do fusions (ACDF).

@@lindabrincken1677 aye man I’m from H-Town too, I recommend hitting up DISC spine center and asking for Dr. Reyna. Tell em MIC sent you, they got hella knowledge on that stuff. I go to them for ESI shots but might get the endoscopic laser surgery.

Is the amount of retraction on the larynx and esophagus etc the same as with ACDF? I am a singer. Herniated disc compressing spinal cord at C5.

Retraction with a 3 mm tube has to be less than using standard retractors

@@DrTonyMork 3weeks ago i got my Steroid injection in my neck from Dr. Doctor in Houston,TX but didnt help me and give me more pain in my neck and my shoulder. Pain and burning sensations become worse. I went to c him and bring my MRI cervical but not enough 10 minutes talk to him and he cut me everytime i try to exolaint my pain. Yes i have bulging disc in my neck but not that main problem. I have shoulder and spine problem from chiropractor that im trying to explain to him but he keep cut me and keep saying i got u i got u i got u i will fix u. Well i thought ok maybe my mild bulging disc the problem but i was wrong. Now im in pain alot, i called him last week and tell him everything that im in pain very bad and he say GOODBYE go find a neurosurgeon. I cant believe that. And why he never explain me about Endoscope for cervical herniated disc, if he explain to me i probably will go with this option not just give me steroids injections and hurting me so badly then say good bye to me. See I'm have on the right C5 C6 C6 c7 severe foraminal stenosis Wich the doctor thinks no surgery is recommended, however, I have really bad headaches, I keep getting these "stingers" when I tilt my head the wrong way and I feel something that goes down the right shoulder, arm to my right thumb and middle finger. It's the same feeling I have in my right leg as I've already have had 4 back surgeries 1 fusion at the L5-S1 level. Growing up I played baseball until my senior year of college when I threw a ball from the outfield and this flash of heat or something good awful on the right side of my neck. I ignored it, stopped playing baseball and graduated Law School joined the Army and joint the MP CORP and then for 22 years if I tilted my head and have my shoulders in such a position that's when I feel these stingers.
