Adenine is one of the most obscure blades to use for me if ur not using her as offensive support Specifically- her level three special. The blowdown is absolutely ridiculous and it is certainly amusing whenever I kill countless numbers of UM drivers who all for whatever reason love hanging around high elevation areas

To be fair, she's quite balanced compared to Patroka. She's a really good option for non DLC players in case you are struggling against Benf, Tyrannotitan and Ophion. Just make sure you fight with Dagas and QTPi and pretty much you're hitting gold. The fact you can combine Adenine with Patroka, Dagas and Elma in a fight feels really unfair for some enemies. If you also combine that with DoT then just imagine the fun.

This is an interesting guide! I think I'll have to think about using her in contexts where there are elemental weaknesses more. It does make me think a bit, though, considering you've got all these good guides for individual blades, would you make a guide for how to approach team building as a whole, both from which of the multiple blades a character might have to put on that character at the same time, to how you approach how the blades on different members interact with each other, to even figuring out which blades to not put on different members because then the AI does stuff that you don't want (like Rex switching to pyra in a blade combo when I want foresight...) and how to navigate getting around the AI generally. Anyway, these are some ideas that I've been wondering.

I seen/heard different answers to this question, so I'll just ask you, the expert. When you mention critical modifiers on Specials, are they additive or multiplicative? That is, if a Special has a 60% modifier, does it add 60% flat critical rate, or does it multiply the current crit chance by 60%? On the topic of critical hits, how much does Max Affinity boost it by again?

Adenine is pretty good, it's a shame she isn't the most useful blade out there. Her quest is locked behind the World Tree, and Patroka outclasses her in the main role she has. Plus, you aren't normally keeping track of elemental matchups in the main story, so she's mostly relegated to postgame (when Patroka becomes available). However, she's still a solid blade, despite her restrictive requirements. I haven't gotten a straight answer on this though, do Fatal Blow and Battle Wisdom stack together? I wouldn't be surprised if they don't, or if their stacked effect is inferior to other damage multipliers/additives, but I'm just curious.

With gold chips from Vampire Bride Marion, treasure sensor on Poppi, and a way to perform the entire driver combo, you can smash a really high level monster (my go-to is Relentless Arduran) and literally just run around and grab the item drops. Rex and Tora are probably the best party members for doing it because between the two of them they have the full driver combo with QT pi and Pyra and Roc.

Hi there! Just got my Adenine to Trust S. I used alot of the trust raising pouch items (around 200-300) but her Trust won't raise from S to S1. I'm a little bit worried here thinking I did something wrong or missed something. Does her trust just jump from S to S+?

Once again, how would I improve her? funny enough, this is one Blade whose skills dont really need tweeking, maybe only Elemental Wisdom making it AOE but with a lower % (yes, I would give her 2 AOE skills since her initial is not fight related) maybe 30%~40% aside from that, I think giving LV4 special an effect would be all it needs, but I have 2 options, making it the same as LV 3 or try to come with a new one I tough based on her personality... the thing is, I dont think I would make unique effects all that often for specials, so what I can think is making it have again LV3 copy effects, or in her traits, making it a LV4 with Orb Master, since its the effects I kinda know its close to her personal trait edit: tough I just tough of a mod for the claws Tachyon Chip effect and that effect in general, instead of being 25% chance for the auto attack to hit twice (this is not XB1 so there is not main auto attack DPS character) I would make it 10% Haste (all actions speed up, cap at 25%) & 15% chance to Double Attack after any attack (basically increase damage delt by 50%, the activation would looks like a shadow is mimicking your actions and dealing half your damage, but would not appear on specials, tough the second number appearing after each hit would)
