If you think about it, energy manipulation is incredibly op. You can manipulate kinetic energy to punch things hard as hell, or to move fast af. Everything is a bomb, you could just release the energy keeping atoms together to make explosions. You can be touched, if someone tries to punch you you could just absorb all the kinetic energy or just dial it down to next to nothing. You could also manipulate Earth’s gravitational energy and increase it so your opponents can barely move. You could make yourself invisible by manipulating light energy (idk what it’s called) to bend around you. Honestly, there is so much more you can do, but in short, energy manipulation grants you a god like level of power.
