This is great! Sometimes, it’s good to do meditation without background music or nature sound. I don’t get distracted and I can hear my inner voice clearly 🥹

Thank you so much for this one. I still do the bloating relief every morning and sleep relaxation at the cottage every night. I take them like a medication! Really helpful. And then this new one came on after the bloating relief, so I let it run. Now I’m adding this to my routine as well. Grateful thanks as always. ❤

Dear Generation Calm, thanks a million for this wonderful, most soothing meditation. However, I'd like to request a specific meditation: I -- as well as millions of others -- are harassed with thoughts when trying to sleep. My particular though is a sensation of pain that I'm constantly aware of, driving me to insanity. My mind is scanning for symptoms of pain every time my eyes roll -- it's like I'm aware of every pinch and painful sensation behind them, and it keeps me from sleeping. Could you please dedicate a video to hyperawareness of bodily pain in the eyes and anxiety? I'd very much appreciate it, and certain others will appreciate this thoughtful tribute. Thank you in advance! =)

Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm really glad to hear that the meditation was soothing for you. I appreciate your suggestion for a specific meditation on addressing hyperawareness of bodily pain in the eyes and anxiety. I'll definitely take your request into consideration for future content. In the meantime, I hope you are able to find some relief and relaxation through the existing meditations.

Your videos are so helpful to so many Clare. I shared with a person the other day who is asthmatic and she feared breathing slowly and deeply. Given many people are asthmatics and 2 of my family are, I'm wondering if they would need a specific meditation as opposed to your other ones so that they dont go into fear about not getting enough breath? thanks again 💓
