Thank you so much for this meditation. Today was an emotional day, with anxiety and tears. I am a new subscriber and I have listened to it 4 times already. I pray that all this negative thoughts of feeling worried and scared go away. I just want to be ok. I pray that all is well. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank God for you! I'm in hospital had surgery in do much pain I'm about to have a nervous breakdown and I remember your videos. I'll listen all night. Helps more than the tylenol they give me. Lol argh

I love most of your guided meditation, I listened to them everyday. However, this one couldn't relax my mind, imagining flying up to the sky on a cloud sounds scary. 😣
