I want to thank you so much!!! I have been going through a lot of emotional crap and high anxiety. I have been needing help. I heard about ASMR and what it does so I was looking at ASMR videos. I don't get the tingles sensations that others gets but I have had lots of surgeries because I developed hydrocephelous as a child so who knows that may have changed my brain waves. I had never heard of reiki until you and you have helped me with some emotional crap. I had to cut ties with someone that had always been my person,my protecter my entire 52 years and it hurt like hell but I had to do it for my health and sanity and have to always tell myself not to contact her. You have helped a lot though, especially the cord cutting and learning about good and bad energy. I like both videos, silent and speaking. I listen to you every night and it relaxes me no matter if it is new or a old video. I usually just listen to the one that comes up when I open the app atnight.
