Welcome to my funniest reaction video to the worst mansion ever! In this video, I take a deep dive into one of the most minimalist mansions I've ever seen-this one looks like a pillbox bunker in the South of France. Join me as I react to the Enes Yilmazer mansion tour, where I break down everything positive and everything negative about this property.
This mansion has some of the most unique features, but not always in a good way. While Enes Yilmazer does a great job of showcasing the mansion's highlights, I couldn’t help but notice the many flaws that make this one of the worst mansions I’ve ever seen. From the stark, almost military-style architecture to the less-than-impressive interior design, there’s a lot to unpack. But don’t worry-this is also a funny reaction video, so expect plenty of laughs as I point out what makes this mansion such a strange addition to the South of France's luxury real estate market.
If you're a fan of Enes Yilmazer's mansion tour videos, you won't want to miss this funniest reaction video to the worst mansion ever. I’ll be discussing all the usual details-location, architecture, and interior design-while also throwing in my own humorous take on why this mansion might not be everyone's cup of tea. Enes Yilmazer has shown us some incredible properties over the years, but this one... let's just say it's unique in ways you won't believe.
As always, I focus on both the positives and the negatives. While Enes Yilmazer might highlight the mansion's minimalist charm, I’ll give you my candid thoughts on why this might be one of the most perplexing properties ever featured. From the awkward layout to the bizarre bunker-like appearance, this is one reaction video you don’t want to miss.
So sit back, relax, and enjoy my funniest reaction video to the worst mansion ever. If you love watching Enes Yilmazer's mansion tours and want to see a different perspective, this video is for you. And don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more funny reaction videos to the worst mansions and more Enes Yilmazer mansion tour reactions.

@@ArvinHaddadOfficial I think its probably a safehouse for some organised crime boss or something, every detail just screams 'I don't want to get sniped' The garage entry, you are in your bulletproof car and are immediately safe in your garage with big thick doors. The Livingroom has recessed seating because its the only room with a view out onto the landscape, a sniper would have a tough time taking that shot. No windows, again no way for a sniper to take a shot. The additional emergency blast doors that will counter a siege. The super thick and probably bulletproof glass on the Livingroom sliding doors. All balconies being obscured by thick concrete walls. Also that tub is highly suspicious, my intuition tells me that the bottom of it slides out to reveal a staircase that leads down into the basement saferoom. Notice at 20:19 Enes walks past a moss wall, the person who designed the interior doesn't strike me as a person who likes nature in their home so why the wall? Well after looking closely you will see at that this frame, there is a feint outline of a trapezoid in the moss wall lined up with the staircase, its a hidden door... probably to the safe room also. This is Its beyond doubt built for someone who is in very real danger of being assassinated as soon as their enemies get a chance.

Honestly this entire house reminds me of an upscale prison with the narrow closets, the capsule hotel kids bedroom, the security doors, all the slick surfaces asking for slips and falls, the bath trench. Whoever designed this place hates people.

@@angelakelley7546 yeah, it does make me think of Nordic/Scandinavian prisons. Interesting comparison. It's a whole other subject but the prisons in those countries are nicer than many non-convicts' living conditions in America and elsewhere. There is something to be said about how those countries view penitence and rehabilitation.

The guy made this into a fortress. Those bunk beds aren't for kids, they are for the security staff. There are even dual showers in the "kids bathroom". They are so you can have 24/7 security onsite. The guy pissed off some people. The fact the garage turns into a funnel point that can be sealed is designed to slow/stop the attackers as they have to fight their way up to the higher floors. There are zero windows into the sensitive parts of the house so a sniper cant get you when you are sleeping. If someone wants to "get you" in this house, they need to assault the house and take it floor by floor. If you are person with a lot of enemies, this house is for you.

Having the henchmen's dormitory opposite the interrogation chamber, is a great move, but I'm not so sure about the long narrow corridor leading away though, looks like they could be gunned down as they have to exit in single file. Those closed courtyards with open roofs also seem like a problem, if someone just chucks a hand grenade over the wall there's no escape and the blast will be really amplified. That said, it will contain most of the mess.

I've worked on many golf courses and there are major negatives that realtors don't share when selling a golf course property that I have ended up dealing with. Big ones no thinks of are the maintenance crew equipment is loud and they work early and 7 days a week. Also, your yard may be dangerous to be in, and the house may be in danger of getting hit, especially if you live on the right side of a golf hole. This house is located next to the tee so that's better. There are also privacy concerns

This is a fact. I live near Wentworth Estate in UK which has a PGA golf course and they work 7 days a week from morning till almost evening. There will be trucks, maintenance vehicles, patrol & utility vehicles, most likely some construction going on etc... I would think whoever lives right next to the course probably uses it as a holiday home because it's not ideal to live there full-time.

@@alyross3081 It certainly has it's negatives but it also has its positives, especially huge golf courses that have a huge circumference and radius. For example, when I lived in the London, you don't have as much free space away from all the noise, pollution and just open space and privacy + there's so much crime, you can't even wear a nice watch without potentially being targeted. Now where I live which is just outside of London, you can walk around for miles, clean air, nice strolls, besides the constant maintenance, it's peaceful, great network, ambience, a lot of golf courses where you find private estates are very exclusive so it's not like a bunch of strangers are just visiting in droves every day. So my local course is Wentworth Club which costs around £175k or about $225k to join and then an annual fee of over $10k, so unless you're a member or resident people won't just be wandering in which is a perk. I would say, maybe don't buy it right on the course but maybe a 5-7 minute walk from the course would be ideal just so you can live on a quiet section of the overall estate where there isn't much maintenance or vehicles passing through. The section where I live, you're pretty much only going to hear nature, very light winds, it's perfect.

The layout of this is actually impressive, it gives you privacy from the outside which by the looks of it seems to be rather uninhabitated anyway whilst designing every bedroom as well as the kid's bathroom in a way that allows/forces the people living in the house to violate each other's privacy. This must have been designed by a highly paranoid voyeur which is quite the funny juxtaposition.

"It's incredibly private." - Yes, after walking through the closet to get to the tiny bedroom, you get a giant window that reveals a completely blocked view by a concrete wall. And the baffling thing that this was intentional - this isn't the result of a bad remodel that is trying to stay cheap and work around existing walls & beams. Baffling. In fact the entire house is an odd balance of small/narrow and expansiveness. The scale is just so inconsistent and the assistance of blocking the view is baffling. Owner: "How to we keep golf balls from hitting the windows?" Architect: "I know: we'll put large cement walls in front of the windows!" Owner: "Brilliant! Can you also keep the hallways narrow, make people walk through closets to get to the bedrooms, and mess up the scale in general throughout the home?" Architect: "Done!"

The thing that struck me is that assuming the bunker idea was intentionnal to lure in paranoid clients that may fear home intrusions or snipers or whatever. There's still huge security flaws from what we could see. The middle part is half glass panels with no additionnal bunker doors to protect them. So the house doesn't seem that harder to breach than any other house anyway. It's confusing. There's some ideas here and there that can be salvaged, but overall, it's a very strange construction.

The narrow hallways, the poor planning for things like the fireplace or air circulation, the death trap sunken tub (it is a coffin, because at 2am you'll be trying to navigate to the "kitchen" to get a snack and fall in the pit trap of a tub and be found cold and lifeless in the morning by the security team that lives in the bunk room downstairs), the weird courtyard spaces that seem to be afterthoughts... the not kitchens... the lack of front door.... just... all of it is so bad. The house is at 43°32'56.36"N, 5°23'5.53"E. (or search Golf d'Aix-en-Provence, there you will see it) 1) There is even a bigger pillar box house right next to it. So on the map, this house looks like the guest house of the other "main" house. 2) The privacy of this house is not thought through. Yes, you have perfect privacy in most parts of the house, but at the main parts, the big pool and the main living room, everyone from the golf course can take a look at you. 3) Instead of a family living there, this house would be more suited for a Hugh Hefner type of playboy, who wants to throw a NSFW party.

23:51 The narrow hallway is also a security feature. They are often called *illing floors by swat, since one person at the other end can stop an entire swat team from advancing. The length and narrowness forces people into a single line, so only one attacker can act, while the length makes shure there's no cover to slowly advance.
