I can 100% confirm that what Enes says around 5:40 is true! We moved to Colorado a couple of years ago, and I've never been so active outdoors in my entire life. Hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, biking, the list goes on. There are different sports you can do year round and it's incredible. Hard to live in a place like this and not want to go outside!
@HisCarlnessI
@HisCarlnessI Жыл бұрын
Well there's that... and basic thermodynamics. More activity produces more heat. Higher air temperatures makes it harder to exchange that heat. So colder/cooler places allow you to expend more energy without getting too hot. This obviously gets screwed up if you don't know how to dress properly for the weather, and put on too many layers for the activity you'll be engaged in or layers that can't be adjusted on the go very easily. But yeah, the snow calls for you to be active, and it comes down to the direct physics of it.

I was born in Colorado. Still live here. As a whole, Colorado is a great place to live. This property certainly would enjoy peace and quiet. And, I imagine the night skies provide superb star gazing. I am sure the owners of this house realize you are in the middle of nowhere and utterly reliant on your 4X4. And Summit County’s snow removal expertise. Please note the town’s mandatory Real Estate Transfer Tax when submitting your offer to buy. 😏

WOW….. another masterpiece unVAILed hahaha! Awesome presentation! This home is easily my favorite of all. I am a person who sees a straightaway and thinks, “yes, a place to pace”! I can see myself easily sitting with company or alone, being inspired by my environment, then silently slipping off to pace in peace! There was a moment when Mikey showed the mountains and there was a blue tint, then showed the gas stove with the blue knobs…. I wonder if those knobs were chosen with the mountains in mind? When I saw the atrium, and walkways I imagined being there during a rain storm. I like the sound of rain hitting glass and stone. I imagine the texture and color of the walls compliment all 4 seasons out there! I really enjoy how you guys present the places you go. It’s like watching an architectural bio-pic! Watching this channel has enlightened me quite a bit. You guys show these large spaces, but if you scaled them down, they’d still captivate the mind! Always a pleasure! Peace, success, and safe travels!!

Gorgeous! Love the size, and just right for large gatherings / groups. If I were looking, this house would be *perfect* for spring, summer, fall. As for the interior, it isn’t warm and cozy (regardless of the actual temperature might’ve been when this was recorded.) Even the fireplace comes off chilly. (Perhaps had the host removed his coat during the indoor scenes, it would’ve come across as warmer.)
