From a huge skyscraper next to a 200 year old mansion next to a war-torn building next to a modern villa next to a humble restaurant next to a huge shopping mall next to Buildings on top of Roman ruins (yes, in beirut) next to a factory next to actual ruins from 4000BC! here is what I suggest, wait about a week and go watch (Arvin Haddad) he has a no b.s. no fluff on luxury real estate and tells you all the flaws, what is really great about the property as well the real market value based on 25 aspects. Now to be fair I really like Enes and his channels, so I am not sure what the dybamic is when showing these homes . He may not be so forthcoming about the flaws because he's not permitted to, which is totally understandable . The worst "fluff guy" of all time is undoubtedly Ryan Serhant, his fluff is other worldly. Obviouslt if Enes starts ripping the property nobody will let them see the house.

Pretty nice penthouse! And I have to say that I appreciate Cody. I think that he is doing a great job. He also starts to be more communicative in the videos which I enjoy and reminds me of Mickey. I don't just want to ask where he Mickey is without appreciating the new camera man. Even though I am really asking where he is. It obviously has valid reasons and reasons why they aren't talking about it in public. Maybe we will find out in future. We all are asking where he is but we should not reject Cody or anything new. I don't know why everyone thinks that Dubai is so incredible. I love the modern homes. Don't get me wrong but paying 20, 30, 40, 50 million dollars just to live like packed animals is crazy to me. There's no privacy. I would live in the Sanctuary at Loon Point in Carpenteria, California. Super private with the most incredible views. That's one of my dream homes. Also, I think the Royal Atlantis is and eyesore to look at but I cannot deny that the mansions in Dubai are incredibly beautiful.

To make your content a little better i would suggest always converting the square feets to square meters and displaying both values. While I can convert regular feets and meters in my head easily, it is just a headache with square ones and 7000sqft means nothing to me
