The Landscaping & Gardening deserves spectacular appreciation as well - whoever did the designing & planting there was a genius too! The outdoor spaces look exceptional! There's such an incredible mix of trees, bushes, flowers, ornamentals, herbs, fauna - yet like the design of the house, it all matches & blends together seamlessly!

I have watched a lot of videos on a lot of hyper expensive mega mansions that are way more expensive than this place but not one of them come even close to creating a breathtaking living environment like this place does. The developers, designers, architects, and landscapers completely knocked it out of the park with this place. You really would be living inside an actual work of art.

Same feeling here. Most of those other places might cost a lot but, they do not have a home feel. They're more like office buildings with bedrooms. When he was first in the garage and had that echo I was hoping the house would sound more softly. All of the outdoor/indoor area blending here is super cool.

FYI, rain chains were not created so that you don’t have to have unsightly gutters. It’s easy to run gutters internally in the walls of the house if you didn’t want to see them. The real reason that I discovered when I lived in Seattle (where rain chains are incredibly common) is that rain chains are silent so you don’t hear the water gurgling down the gutters. It silently slides down the chain.

I'm not usually a fan of modern style homes, but this is a huge exception! All of the wood and stonework really give this house a more homey kind of vibe. It really tames all of the glass and stainless steel to give it a really nice blend. With the addition of all of the BEAUTIFUL outdoor spaces, this really is a wonderful house. My idea of a house was always that it should be livable, enjoyable and something I can never get bored of looking at, some of the many house tours I've seen makes me feel like if I lived there I would get bored in a week, but this masterpiece of a home is IT. Interiors may not exactly be my taste but they were soo much better than most and I admit I felt quite claustrophobic in some spaces but glad they had all that open space to counter it.

This has to be my favorite of the houses you have toured on this channel. The amount of levels and special little places makes the garden magical, the daylight from the roof into the kitchen area, but with the very natural shade from the roofplants. I've heard someplace that this type of branch-like shading above us mimick being in a forest, and it makes our instincts feel safe. Of course the view, but also how you get the "second hand view" in the bathroom through the bedroom. Most of the time, I don't think stainless steel is such a good choice in a house, because people can't pull it of without it looking like a restaurant kitchen or a butchery, but here it goes so well with the plants and reflects the view and colour of the garden in an extremely good way. Best i've seen. Also, the interiour designer chose all the lamps and stuff after my taste, much better than they usually do.

Truly an amazing design! One of the best :) Some cons though. Horrific acoustics in the garage. Weird solution with the garage curtains. A tea kitchen near the main bedroom would be handy. And there's no waterfall or sizzling water. And hopefully there is a way to close all windows in the house with a push of a button. With all those open windows be prepared to chase insects, small birds and hopefully not seagull around in the house :D . And the facility takes an awful lot of maintenance which means service people very often and less privacy - unless you time it so they work while you are out driving your Pagani, cruising your Yacht or in one of your other houses. But still - a master piece.

That in addition to all the stainless steel and glass making it feel industrial just makes it feel cold. Though it confuses itself with the random stone and all the green/gardens. I think I wouldn't mind a vacation from there, but not as a living home.

The plants on the strings are known commonly as airplants (Tillandsia Flexuosa) and correctly stated, do not need any maintenance to survive, so they are in fact the perfect ornament and shading solution to the roofing :) Great vid, loved the entrance hall.

What I appreciate about Enes is he allows his cameraman to speak and be a part of the tour other than just filming. So many people make the video just about them and have a camera operator to do just that. Little things like that made me a subscriber and keep me one!

I'm not usually one for some of these fancy shmancy mansions, especially one made of glass, but this one grabs me. It just seems so chill hanging out here. And even in the glass fish bowl there's a ton of privacy. Well done, Master Bruce.

As a photographer this property looks absolutely stunning. Every corner and every part of the house, indoors and outdoors, are perfect for taking photos whether it's for portrait, glamour, boudoir, or weddings. especially weddings. Unfortunately it's not going to be easy to find a client who has the budget to rent this place for a wedding photoshoot hahaha. Great tour as usual and keep up the good work!

this is going to be difficult to top. The balance of greenery, modern architecture and classical stone work is perfection. If this was a movie set an entire movie can be filmed within the property and you won't get the same shots.

Gents, I’ve been watching your channel since pretty much the very beginning. In that time, you’ve shown us many beautiful and amazing homes but this property in particular is truly off the charts. Brimming with style, elegance, sophistication, and comfort, it is at once both futuristic and stately - a triumph of engineering and artistry. What a marvel! Thank you for making it known to us.

At the end of the tour, for everything included in this property, I feel the 52-million Euro price tag is a bargain! Everything is just exceptionally executed and not in a gaudy way. As Enes mentioned, it's absolutely mind-boggling that such a minimalistic design includes so many creature comforts. Mr. Nouvel has yet again created a stunning masterpiece and I am happy for the team to have had the opportunity to tour it. Thank you all!

I´m damn sure you don´t know nothing about the properties and their prices :D 52M for 595 M2 of living area is thievery! goddamn evenour house is bigger :D there isn´t one thing I like on this property... compare this with that house in Malibu he showed us 9 days ago... 6400ft2 plus 43880ft2 of plot for 52M somewhere in France versus 5085ft2 plus 7186ft2 for 34,5M in MALIBU!!! that location, views and everything. And I could find like 100 way, wayyyy better properties then this.. this is just sick..
