Agreed. Production is on point. It felt like touring two different homes. First was a spacious place of rest and luxury. That master shower!!!!! The bottom floor was just pure fun. Only complaint is a billiards nut is that there was only a single table. If it were me, I'd have a pair of 9', 8' & 6' tables to host tournaments of different billiards games. I would likely never leave that house.

One thing I love about homes like this is that there is actual land. Meaning you can have a family with small kids and have them run around outside, play catch and do all kinds of things. Those California homes on the side of a mountain or the Florida homes on the ocean have no real outdoor space for any of that.

This is OUR dreamhouse. It's grand and luxurious but not show off or too regal ...it's inviting and homey! My 6 year says this is our dream house and I agree! We live in Manor Texas now. I love the gates on the stairways and how functional it is. Thanks for showcasing this. Blessings to the owners

This is easily one of the most fun houses we've seen on the channel in a very long time. So many houses toured on the channel are filled with opulence and luxury, but feel like showrooms and museums of the elite. This house, although larger and likewise filled with its share of luxury, really feels like a house that could be a home, to be lived in and enjoyed. This video was incredibly enjoyable and I'm glad you had the chance to tour the house and share it with the channel.

As a baseball player this is by far my favorite. I need to sit down with watch the whole tour. Edit: by far the best tour. You were so interactive and watching you use the trampolines and bowling alleys. I laughed so hard when they were in the batting cage and he said "oh hell no"

The owner of this house is in heavy construction. The locals enjoyed watching it being built, it's shockingly unsuspecting from the street. It's obviously a big house but most in Southlake are.

I can understand why you'd want to "learn". But based on my experience working with people who would have the resources to build this kind of estate, they generally would never sit down to talk about their jobs, wealth, etc, in this kind of public format. It can be a security issue and they don't like their privacy being exploited or revealed to the general public. A few do...but it's generally frowned upon in the circles these people keep.

Enes, you have toured some amazing homes all around the globe. But this is the first time where a place you tour feels inviting. Where it almost is asking, begging you, anyone really to come over and hang out and have fun. That's so rare, and not even something I realized mattered to me until I saw this. Zero chance I could ever afford this unless that lottery ticket hits, haha. But having space for friends & family, and their families, to come and enjoy themselves is such a huge thing. This home has that critical element better than almost any home I've ever seen. Great tour, excellent job showcasing everything it has to offer, and congrats to whomever the future owner is. May they and their family enjoy it for a long time to come.

As beautiful as other homes are on the channel, only one other house has impressed me as much as this home! (And that was the $12M castle in Colorado.) This Texas home is the best home I’ve seen, and by far has THE best gym!!!! (And other magnificent amenities as well!)

I agree about that house in Colorado....it was eventually sold for $9 mil+. My other favorite house was that one in Flotida. It's only downside was that the neighbors were so close, but that beach access way compensated. The details inside were spectacular. Loved it.

Funny that, I lived in Dallas working first job out of university as Architect intern during the last years of Dallas T V show on CBS, this dates me back in late 1080s, LOL! We designed hotels, homes, etc. & whilst in Dallas toured many new huge homes back then! Wow this home built 2017 far exceeds anything!! I bet "J R Ewing" would have upgraded Southfork Ranch House with ideas & design amenities that you show so well here! Love your reaction in baseball cage, LOL!!
