I was just thinking that. Enes shows some of the most beautiful estates in his videos, but a lot of those "ultra modern mega mansions" feel more like pretentious office space than a home. This one and most of older listings, have actual warmth to them.

but it only has place to sit, you go downstairs you sit, upstairs you sit, bedrooms you sit. I think the design of the house is beautiful most of it is well furnitured but, they lacked a bit of imagination of what to do with so many space, so they just throw sitting areas around.

I've watched videos of more expensive homes, but this one is an absolute dream! Despite its opulence, and luxury I still feel like it would be comfortable and practical to actually live in for everyday life. This property provided so many jaw dropping moments. This is one of the best Enes has toured. I’ve watched the entire thing like 3 times already. Never get bored. Its amazing. Don’t kill but the one disappointment I have is in a house that large, I feel the fitness area could have gotten more attention. There were innumerable seating areas compared to just 2 bikes. I would have loved to see a fully equipped gym.

Hey, Fellas! This mansion is a very beautifully well thought out, functional, amenity loaded lifestyle oriented home, with a fantastic location. I love the bedroom balcony decks, along with the views that make the price point an easy one! It is worth every penny. No shortage of well thought out bathroom placement in this planning. The tunnel did have that bat cave effect as you enter the garage, really cool! The lighting was very elegant, and also well thought out. I really like the counter sinks, fridge amenity's in the primary bedrooms. In my home in the past also had a dedicated poolroom, with the classic poolroom lighting.The grounds all around are smartly designed and let you really enjoy the views. Excellent! Enes, you, and Mikey really have covered what the West Coast lifestyle is currently offering!

This is one of the houses that you can live with your parents, because of that little separation from the main house. And still feel like they not in your way..(hope I make sense).
