One of the primary duties of a homeowners association (HOA) is to enforce the restrictions in the association’s covenants, conditions & restrictions (CC&Rs). In some circumstances, associations may have an obligation to enforce the restrictions found in the CC&Rs. This seminar will discuss the ins and outs of CC&R enforcement with an emphasis on the statutory regulations regarding the enforcement of CC&Rs.
