For today, it is a diet vlog of quickly losing quickly gained weight
before going on a trip!
Actually, I am working out with muscle weight as the goal,
but I ate too well, so I gained fat...?
And next week, I am going on a trip to Jeju Island right away..?🥺
To take pretty pictures,
and eat more delicious food during the trip,
I tried to lose weight!
I was okay with the workout as I had done it consistently until now
but focusing and doing the diet meal plan for a week intensely! after a long while was quite tough😂
Still, I somehow got to lose 3kg,
so I would be able to enjoy the trip! Hehe
